Program Registration

To be honest, we have never liked the registration process we have used over the last few years. It was disjointed, clunky, and incredibly cumbersome on our end. We know it was kind of frustrating for you too (sorry to everyone who had to sign the waiver about a million times…).

We had some time on our hands so we decided to build our own registration system. We hope it will be a little bit easier to use. Please feel free to let us know what you think and if you find any bugs just tell us and we will get those fixed ASAP!

Now, with the new system we are also changing the way we charge for lessons, clinics, and any other program we put on the books going forward. Because we are incredibly creative we are calling them MCA credits. Simply put, every program will cost a certain number of MCA credits to attend. Families will purchase credits (which never expire) in our new registration system and then spend them on programs/lessons. We are making this shift as we know the old system would not work once we get into the facility next year so we decided to just dive in now.

DISCLAIMER: We are still getting coaching assignments for some of our clinics and lesson slots. We are working as quickly as we can to get our staff onboarded to the new system.
